Petra is an extremely alluring city sculptured in red rose rocks among the mountains showing the Nabataeans (also Nabateans) civilization who were ancient people of North Arabia. It is a great place where you can feel the ancient Arabs surrounded by camels, donkeys, and horses. A true natural ancient civilization as well as real Arab Bedouins is found in Petra. Petra Red-Rose City is one of the amazing cities in the Middle East located in Jordan and also known as ancient Nabataean capital city.
Itinerary :
TourEgyptTravel® representative will pick you up from Aqaba Port by the cruise exit door, holding a sign with your name. Then you get transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle for about 1.5 hours to the Petra, the Red-Rose City, in Jordan.
Upon arrival you may ride a horseback or walk on foot to al-Siq, a
narrow gigantic gorge that winds its way one mile ending at Petra's most
intricately decorated ruin, Al Khazneh (the Treasury).
From there you walk along the Street
of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Qasr al-Bint. After buffet
lunch you will be driven back to your cruise in Aqaba Port.
