Cancellation Policy
Tour Egypt Travel® does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Tour Egypt Travel® has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

Tour Egypt Travel® representative will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and travel in an air-conditioned comfort van for around 3 hours with your personal tour guide who will introduce you to the history and religious significance of the monastery and its surrounds. Situated at the base of the mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments, Saint Catherine's Monastery (also known as Santa Katarina) is one of the most famous in the world with a library preserves the second largest collection of early manuscripts in the world. It is believed to be built around Moses' Burning Bush by order of Emperor Justinian. It is named after St Catherine who was tortured and beheaded for her Christian beliefs. During your visit, you will see chapel Greek Orthodox Church, the icons of worship and the famous Mosaic of Transfiguration. After the sacred visit to the Monastery, head to Dahab, the flower power city of the Red Sea, for a city tour and shopping. Have lunch at a local restaurant then we will drive you back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.
