Take lunch in a local Egyptian restaurant. After lunch-time, next stop will be Memphis, the first capital of Egypt which serves a number of the most important archaeological finds over the millennia. From Memphis off to Saqqare (Sakkara); the necropolis for the ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis where you will visit the world most famous Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid built in Egypt. 

Itinerary :

TourEgyptTravel® representative will pick you up from Port Said Port by the cruise exit door, holding a sign with your name. Enjoy a private shore excursion and day trip from Port Said to Cairo for approximately 2 hours by an air-conditioned vehicle. Get excited by a panoramic view of the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Lunch will be served in a local air-conditioned Egyptian restaurant. Continue to Memphis and Sakkara to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser made of lime stone, built by engineer Imhotep. Before beginning your return trip to Port Said, you will stop at Papyrus Institute where you will have the opportunity to shop for Cairo souvenirs.

Cancellation Policy

• TourEgyptTravel® does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and TourEgyptTravel® has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
