Philae
Temple of Isis lies on Agilkia Island (also Agilika Island)
in the River Nile. In the distant past, Philae was remarkable for the
singular effects of light and shade resulting from its position near the Tropic of
Cancer. For the time being, a visit to Philae Temple at night to
see the Sound and Light Show is a bewitching past revival experience.
The lights flow on the buildings, the volcanic rocks and water surrounding them
to loom pictures from the past in your mind.
Itinerary
Tour Egypt Travel representative will
pick you up from your hotel, transfer you by an A/C van to the jet, and set
sail with a small motor boat at night for 30 minutes to reach the temple.
Arrive at the site and enjoy the amazing show while you are listening to the
music and watching the amazing light in different places at night in the temple
for around 50 minutes. At the end of the tour, meet our tour manager at the
exit door to transfer you to the hotel.
