Spend

Kom Ombo; a double temple built on the River Nile during the
Ptolemic dynasty for two sets of gods. Spend the rest of the tour in
Edfu Temple (also Horus Temple) located on the west
bank of the Nile. Feel the greatness at the main entrance showing the
first pylon of the temple which was built as a dedication to god Horus.
Itinerary
Tour Egypt Travel representative will pick you up from your hotel
in Luxor to enjoy a tour to Edfu. Upon arrival in Edfu, you will be transferred to visit the Egyptian best preserved cult
temple dedicated to Horus. The Egyptian myth says that it is where the
falcon-headed god Horus revenged the murder of Osiris, his father
by killing Seth. Then our Egyptologist guide will let you know about the
Temple of Kom Ombo overlooking the Nile with double
entrance, each one is dedicated to divinity: "Haroeris" with
his falcon head and “Sobek " with his crocodile head. Temple
of Kom Ombo was established on the honor of two deities Sobek,
god of fertility and creator of the world, and Haroeris or Horus.
Kom Ombo has huge sugar-cane crops. Then transfer back to your hotel in Luxor
and overnight.
