Highlights 

Take an over day tour to Cairo from Alexandria Port during which you can visit the Pyramids of Giza. Get a whiff of history from the Great Sphinx believed to be that of Khafra (also Chephren); a legendary creature with body of a lion and the head of human. After the sandy part of the tour, take a relaxing lunch on one of the most charming cruising restaurants sailing on the majestic River Nile and get entertained by a folklore show played on western and oriental tunes. 

Itinerary 

Tour Egypt Travel® representative will pick you up from Alexandria Port by the cruise exit door, holding a sign with your name. Enjoy a private shore excursion and day trip from Alexandria to Cairo for approximately 3 hours by an air-conditioned vehicle with one stop in the middle of the way, in case you need a rest. Get excited by a panoramic view of the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Then enjoy a relaxing lunch cruise on the Nile for about 1 hour sailing. Choose whatever you like from a sumptuous buffet as you glide past Cairo's waterfront landmarks and are entertained by a folkloric presentation. Before beginning your return trip to Alexandria, you will stop at a Papyrus Institute where you will have the opportunity to shop for Cairo souvenirs.

Tour Voucher

• After your tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

• Tour Egypt Travel® does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Tour Egypt Travel® has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
