Itinerary

Tour Egypt Travel representative will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan or port area to Aswan domestic airport to take a flight from Aswan to the small town of Abu Simbel for around 30 minutes. Your Egyptologist guide will meet you at the airport and accompany you to the famous temples of Ramses II and his chief consort, Nefertari in the heart of Nubia.

Before entering the temple, the Egyptologist guide will provide you with a brief explanation of the temples history with some details about UNESCO-led relocation of the entire cliff face to higher ground, and how the temples were discovered by coincidence in 1813. After visiting the temples, catch your flight back to Aswan where upon arrival you will meet our representative to take you back to your hotel or port area.

Tour Voucher

• After your tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

• Tour Egypt Travel® does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Tour Egypt Travel® has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
